CARECLOUD DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
OVERVIEW
The Document Management System was a core feature developed for the tablet experience of CareCloud Go, designed to support the secure intake, organization, and management of clinical documents within the electronic health record (EHR).
This feature enabled medical staff to efficiently access and manage incoming documents through a centralized interface, supporting key actions such as viewing, printing, downloading, renaming, and deleting files. Users could also associate documents with specific patient records, assign document types, and enrich documentation through commenting and annotation tools.
The system was designed to streamline document workflows, improve accessibility of patient information, and support accurate, compliant record-keeping aligned with healthcare documentation standards.
